My name is Seona and I have been working as a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Nurse for over 8 years, spending most of my time working within CAMHS acute services. In the last 3 years, I have worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Nurse Consultant, diving into more focused interventions and services. Along the way, I earned my Postgraduate Certificate in CBT and was trained in Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP)—the top therapy for tackling OCD.
I love working with kids, teens, and their families/carers and I am super passionate about helping those who haven’t been able to get support yet because of waitlists or other hurdles. I am down to earth and empathetic while offering practical approaches to support behaviour change.
Having recently moved back from Australia, I love to travel, take photos, hikes, running and most importantly my dogs.
